Fitness Marketing Agency has grown very quickly and has therefore had to adapt its systems nimbly and needed to understand the effectiveness of their own marketing. At the time, they were a small team heavily focused on customer service and did not have the capacity in house to look at these other areas.

 

Initially, we were asked to identify the effectiveness of different marketing channels; once we had determined this, we were asked to streamline the sign-up and onboarding systems and improve the customer experience.
